Arthur P. D’Egidio is a co-founder of D’Egidio Licari Townsend & Shah, APC and has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Since starting DLTS Law, Mr. D’Egidio has recovered millions of dollars for his clients all across Southern California, including a $1.25 million dollar settlement resulting from a motorcycle accident, which earned his induction into the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Additionally, Mr. D’Egidio obtained $495,000 for a client that suffered injuries from a trip and fall incident, and $452,000 for a victim that suffered injuries resulting from a dog bit. Mr. D’Egidio’s diverse experience makes him a natural fit as the Department Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Practice Group.

Mr. D’Egidio attended the University of California, San Diego, from which he earned his Bachelor’s Degree, and attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. He is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
